Marinated Vegetables Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 heads - Cauliflower
  • 1 bunches - Broccoli, large
  • 1 boxes - Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunches - Radishes
  • 1 bunches - Green onions, or 1 red onion
  • 1 boxes - Mushrooms
  • 1 - Green pepper
  • 1 stalks - Celery
  • 16 ounces - Italian dressing
  • Directions:

    Wash and pat dry vegetables. Slice in bite sized pieces. Halve tomatoes. Slice mushrooms.
    Place in large bowl. Pour dressing over the vegetables. Refrigerate.
    Before serving, place vegetables in serving bowl with slotted spoon to avoid too much liquid.
