  • 8 - medium potatoes, boiled, chopped
  • 6 - eggs, boiled, chopped
  • 1 bags - frozen green peas, small bag
  • 3 cups - chicken, turkey or Canadian bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups - chopped pickles
  • 1/2 cups - vinegar
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoons - French's mustard
  • 1 cups - Walden Farm's Ranch dressing
  • 1 cups - Greek non-fat plain yogurt
  • Directions:

    (Boil the eggs and potatoes together to save time).

    1. Mix potatoes, chopped eggs, pickles, peas and meat of your choice together.

    2. Mix yogurt, Ranch dressing, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together; then add to your potato mixture.

    3. Taste and add additional salt, pepper or vinegar, if needed.

    Filling enough for a meal; potatoes with eggs, pickles, peas and chicken or bacon, tossed in a yogurt dressing.
