  • 2 - large mangoes, cut in strips
  • 1 - large jicama, cut in strips
  • 1 - red bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 - red onion, cut in strips
  • 1 bunches - cilantro leaves, chopped fine
  • - vinegar and oil dressing (I prefer Asian dressing)
  • - rice wrappers
  • Directions:

    Slice mango in strips along with jicama, bell pepper and red onion. Place in bowl all together and put your favorite vinegar and oil dressing (I like using Asian Dressing).

    Choose a strip of each, sprinkle with cilantro and wrap in rice paper. Refrigerate overnight and cut in half before serving.
