Ingredients:

  • 1 whole - Mahi Mahi
  • 1 - Yellow Onion, Dice Yellow Onion
  • 1 - Lemon, Juice Lemon
  • 4 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  • - Salt and Pepper, To Taste
  • - Bread crumbs
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 425
    Mix diced onion, juiced lemon, olive oil, salt and papper in bowl
    Put Mahi Mahi in baking dish
    Pour onion/lemon minsutre on top of fish so it cover it
    Sprinkle the whole fish with bread crumbs
    Put in the oven and bake at 425 for 12 minutes
    Make sure fish is cooked all the way through, may need an extra minute or two
