Ingredients:

Cake
  • 1 3/4 cups - flour
  • 1 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 1 sticks - margarine
  • 1 cups - water OR strong coffee
  • 1/4 cups - cocoa
  • 3/4 cups - buttermilk
  • 1/2 cups - egg substitute (enough for 2 eggs)
  • 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  • Frosting
  • 1/4 cups - margarine
  • 2 tablespoons - cocoa
  • 1/4 cups - skim milk
  • 2 1/2 cups - 10x (powdered) sugar
  • 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  • Directions:

    Combine cake ingredients; pour into jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

    Melt margarine with cocoa and milk; stir in sugar and vanilla. Frost cake while still warm.
