  • 100 grams - hot water
  • 60 grams - ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoons - psyllium husk powder, finely ground
  • 2/3 teaspoons - baking powder, gluten free preferred
  • 2 pinchs - salt
  • 1 whole - egg
  • Directions:

    Heat the oven to 200C (180C with fan).
    Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Add the egg and water and quickly stir.
    Leave for 10 minutes, then shape into 4 balls.
    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until they feel firm.
    Remove and allow to cool.
