  • 5 pounds - Brisket
  • - Liquid Smoke
  • - Onion Powder
  • - Garlic
  • - Celery Salt
  • - Worcestershire Sauce
  • - Salt
  • - Pepper
  • - Barbecue Sauce
  • Directions:

    Sprinkle moderately with liquid smoke, onion, garlic, and celery salt on both sides. Refrigerate overnight.

    Next day, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper on both sides. Bake covered for 5 hours at 275ͦͦͦͦͥͦͦ°. Then uncover and pour off excess fat. Pour BBQ sauce on top of brisket and bake for 1 hour uncovered at 275ͦͦͦͦͥͦͦ°.
