Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cups - butter
  • 4 - skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/3 cups - flour
  • 1/2 cups - marsala wine
  • 1/3 cups - chicken broth
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups - shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cups - grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cups - sliced green onions
  • Directions:

    1. Cook mushrooms in butter and set aside.

    2. Cut chicken breasts in half, place in plastic bag and pound thin. Dredge in flour and brown in butter (3 to 4 minutes). Place in greased 13-x-9-inch pan.

    3. Sprinkle mushrooms over top.

    4. Add wine and broth to pan drippings, simmer 6 to 8 minutes; add salt and pepper.

    5. Pour over chicken.

    6. Combine cheeses and green onion and sprinkle over top of chicken.

    7. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes or longer if needed.
