Linguine with Shrimp, Chicken or Ham Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoons - butter, melted
  • 5 teaspoons - olive oil
  • 1/3 cups - grated Parmesan
  • 1 - green onion, sliced thin
  • 1/3 cups - chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 - plum tomato, diced
  • 1/2 pounds - dried linguine
  • 3/4 pounds - shrimp, shelled, deveined
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups - grated Parmesan
  • Directions:

    Stir together butter, 3 teaspoons of oil, Parmesan, green onions, parsley and tomato.

    Cook linguine until al dente; drain.

    Saute shrimp in oil (add garlic) until pink. Add lemon juice; toss shrimp and linguine with butter mixture.

    Sprinkle with more Parmesan.
