Linguine with Garlic Tell a Friend

  • 12 ounces - Linguine, uncooked
  • 1/3 cups - Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 - Lemon, juice only
  • 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons - Crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 4 - Lemon wedges
  • Directions:

    Cook linguine in boiling water until tender, about 9 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain well. Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until softened, about 2 minutes. Mix in lemon juice, until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
