Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cups - mashed avocado
  • 1/2 cups - lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla stevia
  • 1/8 teaspoons - vanilla powder
  • Directions:

    In a sturdy blender, combine coconut milk, avocado, lime juice, stevia and vanilla.

    Blend until smooth; transfer mixture to popsicle molds, and insert popsicle sticks.

    Freeze for at least four hours before serving.
