Lemongrass Paste
  • 58 grams - Lemongrass, Two Stalks
  • 3 grams - Kaffir Lime Leaf
  • 1 whole - Garlic Bulb
  • 13 grams - Galanga
  • 1 teaspoons - Turmeric
  • Directions:

    Lemongrass Paste:
    1. Combine the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, and galanga in a mortar and pestle.
    2. After a paste forms, add the garlic and turmeric and grind until fully combined.
