  • 1 cups - sour cream
  • 1 cups - cottage cheese
  • - zest of 2 lemons
  • - juice of 1 lemon
  • - cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 pounds - pasta (fettuccine), cooked
  • 1/4 cups - grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoons - fresh thyme leaves (OR 1/2 tsp. dried thyme), minced
  • Directions:

    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, lemon zest and juice, and cayenne in blender. Pour into sauce pan and heat slowly.

    Toss all together and serve immediately.
