Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoons - oil
  • 1/2 cups - chopped onions
  • 1 - carrot, sliced
  • 1 - stalk celery, sliced
  • 29 ounces - Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups - water
  • 1 envelopes - GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
  • 2 cups - cubed cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cups - bite-sized pasta, uncooked
  • Directions:

    HEAT oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions, carrots and celery; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    STIR in broth, water and dressing mix. Bring to boil.

    ADD turkey and pasta; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until pasta is tender.

    This easy soup is a delicious way to use up leftover turkey. It has fresh veggies in it, too, and can be served with crackers.
