Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds - Ground meat
  • 1 - Small onion, chopped finely
  • 12 ounces - Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoons - Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups - Water
  • 2 teaspoons - Oregano
  • 1 cans - Tomato soup
  • 1 packages - Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cartons - Cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1 packages - Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 - Cooked Noodles
  • Directions:

    Brown the ground meat and onion; drain.

    Mix tomato paste, vinegar, water, oregano and tomato soup, and add to the meat and onion.

    Lay 4 noodles in 9x13 pan. Cover with meat/tomato sauce. Then cottage cheese, mozzarella, parmesan. Repeat for 2nd layer.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
