Ingredients:

  • 1 pounds - cooked broad egg noodles
  • 7 - eggs
  • 1 pounds - cottage cheese
  • 1 pints - sour cream (1 pint = 16 oz.)
  • 1 sticks - butter, melted
  • 1 cups - sugar
  • 3 cups - milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  • 1 cups - raisins
  • Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups - crumbled corn flakes
  • 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons - sugar
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients, except for topping ingredients, together and refrigerate overnight.

    For topping, mush together the topping ingredients and then sprinkle over kugal before baking.

    Bake uncovered at 350° F for 1-1/2 hours.

    This makes a lot, so I usually use my large lasagna pan for this much.
