Based on my 1001 Cookie Recipes cookbook by Gregg R Gillespie. I've modified the recipe slightly.

    Main Ingredient:

    All-Purpose Flour

    Cuisine:  American

    Prep Time: 20 min
    Cook Time: 7 min

Put the chocolate kiss in the cookies as soon as out of the oven to avoid splitting the half-baked cookie.
When done baking, chocolate takes a long time to cool and firm.
