  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust
  • 6 - egg yolks
  • 1 cups - lime juice
  • 2 cans - 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoons - grated lime rind
  • - whipped cream, for topping
  • Directions:

    Line pie pan with graham cracker crust.

    Beat egg yolks. Add lime juice, condensed milk, and lime rind, mixing well.

    Pour into pie shell and freeze.

    Serve with whipped cream.
