  • 2 cups - Almond Flour
  • 4 - Large eggs, - room temp
  • 1/4 cups - melted butter, (measured melted)
  • 1 tablespoons - Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons - pink salt
  • 1/4 cups - Fresh Jalapeno, -diced
  • 1/2 cups - Full Fat Sour Cream OR Full Fat Greek Yogurt, -unsweetened/plain
  • 1 tablespoons - Pyure sweetener - or sugar substitute of choice
  • 40 drops - One on One Cornbread Flavor concentrate, -optional
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    Line Muffin tin with parchment liners
    Mix all of your dry ingredients together and set aside.
    Mix all of your wet ingredients together until well combined and and add to your dry. Mix well. Divide batter into 10-12 muffin wells. bake at 350 degrees for 17-19 minutes.
    Let cool slightly before serving. Top with butter and enjoy -Katie
