Ingredients:

  • 1 - pie shell, baked for 10 minutes
  • 1/2 pounds - bacon
  • 1 - medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cups - shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups - half-and-half
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt and pepper
  • 4 - large eggs
  • Directions:

    Cook bacon until crisp. Cook onions in grease.

    Crumble bacon and spread bacon and onions over crust.

    Combine and spread cheeses over.

    Whisk eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper together. Pour mixture over pie shell.

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
