Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups - cornmeal, self-rising
  • 1 cups - flour, self-rising
  • 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 1/3 cups - oil
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cups - chopped onion
  • 4 - jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 - bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cans - cream style corn, about 8 oz.
  • 1 1/2 cups - grated cheddar cheese
  • Directions:

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes or until cooked through.
