  • 2 tablespoons - Salt and pepper blend
  • 1 pounds - Boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 1/4 cups - Cookwell & Co. Italian Herb and Olive Oil Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons - Butter
  • Directions:

    Season the chicken on both sides with the salt and pepper. Place chicken in a glass or ceramic baking dish - do NOT use metal! Pour 1 C. of the marinade over the chicken and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard marinade. Grill the chicken on both sides for 5-8 minutes.

    Place the remaining marinade in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, remove from heat and whisk in the butter. Pour mixture on top of chicken and serve.
