  • 1 pounds - softened cream cheese
  • 1 cans - 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cups - to 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons - chopped scallions, including green tops
  • 2 teaspoons - seasoned salt
  • 2 cups - chopped pecans
  • Directions:

    Mix the cream cheese and pineapple using an electric mixer. Stir in the green pepper, scallions, salt and 1/2 cup of the pecans.

    Roll into a large ball or two logs (or alternatively, fill a scooped-out pineapple half).

    Top with the remaining 1-1/2 cups of pecans. Chill.
