Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - 17 oz. apricot halves
  • 1 cans - 19 oz. peach halves
  • 1 cans - 14 oz. pineapple slices
  • 1/2 cups - butter
  • 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons - curry powder
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Must Do: Drain fruit in colander overnight.

    Melt butter and brown sugar with curry in a flat baking dish. Add fruit and coat each piece with butter mixture.

    Bake in covered dish for 1 hour. Serve hot.
