Hot Cranberry Spice Punch Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces - frozen cranberry juice, thawed & undiluted
  • 3 cups - water
  • 3 cups - pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  • 1 dashes - allspice
  • 1 dashes - nutmeg
  • 8 - cinnamon sticks
  • 8 slices - fresh lemon
  • 16 whole - cloves, (16-24)
  • 8 - pats (1-1.5 t each) unsalted butter
  • Directions:

    Bring cranberry juice, water, and pineapple to a boil in a large saucepan. Add ground spices. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
    Press 2-3 whole cloves through the rind into each lemon slice.
    Ladle punch into mugs, garnishing with cinnamon, stick "stirrer", and clove-studded lemon slice. Drop pat of butter on top at last minute and serve immediately.
