Jessie’s Hot Crab Dip Tell a Friend

  • 1 packages - Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cups - Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups - Mayo or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cups - Apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons - Sugar
  • 1 teaspoons - Ground mustard
  • 4 - Medium green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 - Clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 - Crab meat, flaked and picked through for shell
  • 1/3 cups - Sliced almonds, toasted
  • Directions:

    Heat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients except crab meat and almonds in a medium bowl until well blended. Fold in crab meat.

    Spread mixture in a ungreased pie plate, sprinkle with almonds

    Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 mins or until hot and bubbly.
