Hot Chicken Salad Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 8 - Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 3 - Hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cans - Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups - Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise
  • 1 cups - Sour Cream
  • 1 cans - Water chestnuts
  • 1 cans - Mushroom pieces
  • 2 tablespoons - Onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups - Slivered almonds
  • - Salt
  • - Pepper
  • 1 cups - Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cans - Durkees French onion rings
  • Directions:

    Mix all together, except cheese and French onion rings. Put shredded cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with 1 can French onion rings.

    1 put in a 9x13 glass casserole.
