Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip Tell a Friend

  • 1 packages - 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, Cooked & squeezed dry
  • 1 packages - 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, Softened
  • 3/4 cups - Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups - Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, Divided use
  • 1 packages - Knorr vegetable recipe mix
  • 1 cans - 8-oz. can water chestnuts, Drained & chopped
  • 2 - Cloves garlic, Finely chopped
  • Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Combine spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 C. cheese, vegetable recipe mix, water chestnuts and garlic in medium bowl.
    2. Spoon into 2-quart casserole, then top w/ remaining 1/2 C. cheddar/Monterey jack cheese.
    3. Bake 35 min. or until heated through.
    4. Serve, if desired, with toasted French baquette rounds, sliced garlic bread, corn or tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
