Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cups - Onion
  • 1 tablespoons - Butter
  • 1 cups - Milk
  • 8 ounces - Cream cheese
  • 1 jars - Dried Beef, chopped or torn into bite-size pieces
  • 3 ounces - Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/4 cups - Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons - dried parsley
  • Directions:

    Over medium-high heat in large pan, saute onion in butter until tender. Cut cream cheese into smaller pieces. Reduce heat to medium and stir in milk and cream cheese until well-blended, and continue stirring occasionally until cream cheese is melted. Add dried beef, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve hot with crackers or vegetables.
