  • 1/2 cups - mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cups - grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 - medium green onions, chopped
  • 1 cans - 16 oz. artichoke heart, drained and cut into small pieces
  • - crackers or cocktail rye bread, if desired, for serving
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients except crackers in ungreased 1-quart microwavable casserole dish.

    Cover tightly and microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until hot.

    Serve warm with crackers.
