Honey Dijon Chicken Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 pounds - chicken tenderloins
  • 1/4 cups - whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cups - dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cups - honey
  • 1/2 whole - medium onion, diced
  • 3 teaspoons - olive oil
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • Directions:

    Pre Heat Oven to 400 degrees
    1. Put 1t olive oil, onion and garlic into saute pan. Cook until onions are translucent
    2. In a bowl, mix mustards, honey and 2t olive oil
    3. When the onions are done, layer them into a baking dish
    4. Put the chicken on top of the onion layer.
    5. Pour the Honey Mustard mixture all over the chicken
    6. Bake COVERED for 20 min
    7. Remove from the oven, flip the chicken. Make sure the chicken is still covered with sauce. Back into the oven UNCOVERED for 20-30 min until done.
