Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Tell a Friend

  • 4 - eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cans - Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  • 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 2 cans - to 3 cans of 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • - rock salt, for ice cream freezer tub
  • Directions:

    Beat together eggs and sugar. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla; beat well.

    Pour into electric ice cream churn, adding water to fill container 2/3 full.

    Use rock salt in freezer tub as directed on box of rock salt and freezer tub directions.
