  • 1 1/4 cups - powdered milk
  • 5 cups - flour
  • 1/4 cups - white sugar
  • 1/4 cups - baking powder
  • 1 tablespoons - salt
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well blended. Store the mixture in an airtight container and use within 8 months.

    To make pancakes or waffles:
    Use 2 cups of mix; add 1 cup of water, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of oil (for waffles use 3 tablespoons of oil). Beat ingredients with a wire whisk or fork until smooth. This makes about eight 4-inch pancakes or 4 large waffles.
