  • 2 pounds - 2-3 lbs. red skin potatoes, Cut into wedges
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons - Kosher salt
  • 1/2 bottles - HEB Basting Oil
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 450. Combine all ingredients in lrg. bowl, place on a baking sheet & roast for 20-25 min. or until tender.
