Herb Butter with Tarragon Tell a Friend

  • 2 tablespoons - tarragon, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons - parsley, fresh, flat-leaf, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons - chives, fresh, chopped
  • 2 cloves -
  • - garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cups - unsalted organic butter, softened, preferably raw
  • - sea salt, to taste
  • - black pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate. Yield: 1 cup.
    Additional Tips
    Season cooked vegetables with it or use when cooking fish.
