Hearty Cheese Tortellini Soup Tell a Friend

For Freezing
  • 1 pounds - mild Italian sausage, leave in whole piece
  • 1 pounds - lean ground beef, leave in whole piece
  • 2 tablespoons - Pampered Chef garlic and herb rub
  • 1 tablespoons - Pampered Chef garlic-infused canola oil
  • 2 jars - 24 oz. each plain marinara sauce
  • 2 cans - 14.5 oz. each of Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cans - sliced mushrooms, drained
  • Keep Separate
  • 1 cans - 14.5 oz. vegetable broth
  • 1 bags - 19 oz. cheese tortellini
  • Directions:

    Put together all ingredients for freezing and place in a freezer bag laid flat in freezer until frozen.

    If ingredients are frozen when ready to cook, place frozen ingredients along with vegetable broth into crockpot and cook on high 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours, adding the cheese tortellini during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

    If ingredients are thawed when ready to cook, add them with the vegetable broth to the Pampered Chef Rockcrok casserole dish or Deep Dish Covered Baker and microwave on high for 20-30 minutes, adding the cheese tortellini during the last 10-12 minutes of cooking.

    Brief Description

    Mix ingredients together ahead and freeze; then cook in crockpot or microwave.
