Ingredients:

  • 8 slices - Bacon
  • 4 cups - New Red Potatoes
  • 1 cups - Onions
  • 1 cups - Dairy Sour Cream
  • 1 1/4 cups - Milk
  • 10 3/4 ounces - Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 ounces - Kernel Corn
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Thyme Leaves
  • Directions:

    In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
