Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 teaspoons - garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons - onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons - dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
  • - fresh, chopped chives, for garnish
  • Directions:

    In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients (except fresh chives together).

    Sprinkle with fresh, chopped chives before serving.

    Great for dipping veggies for a healthy snack.
