Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  • 1 cups - balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons - onion, minced
  • 2 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  • 1 dashes - cayenne pepper
  • 1 dashes - worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons - thyme
  • 2 teaspoons - marjoram
  • 1 leaves - bay leaf
  • 1/4 cups - peppercorns, cracked
  • 2 teaspoons - meat tenderizer

    • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients together for 4 to 6 steaks. Marinade for 4 to 6 hours.
