Hazelnut & Goat Cheese Salad with Blueberry Vinaigrette Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cups - Blueberry Balsamic
  • 1 teaspoons - Tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons - Cayenne
  • 1/2 cups - Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cups - Blueberries
  • 6 cups - Baby greens
  • 6 ounces - Goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cups - Hazelnutes, chopped
  • Directions:

    Whisk together balsamic, tarragon, mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne and olive oil until completely combined. Stir in blueberries.

    In a large bowl, toss greens with half of dressing and divide on plates. Sprinkle on goat cheese and hazelnuts. Drizzle with more vinaigrette.
