  • 3 - eggs
  • 4 teaspoons - flour
  • 1 cups - sugar
  • 1 cans - Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 cans - undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1 jars - maraschino cherries, chopped very fine, don't drain
  • 2/3 cups - chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  • - milk, for filling ice cream freezer can
  • Directions:

    Combine the eggs, flour, and sugar. Beat well.

    Add Eagle Brand, pineapple with juice, cherries with juice, pecans, and vanilla.

    Pour all of this into ice cream maker freezer can, then fill to full line with milk. Proceed to make ice cream per maker's instructions.

    (You may substitute 2 and 2/3 cups of half-and-half for the Eagle Brand, if desired).
