Hash-Brown Potato Casserole Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds - Frozen Hash Browns, Ore-Ida Southern style , Thawed
  • 1 teaspoons - Salt
  • 2 tablespoons - Minced onion
  • 1 cans - Cream of chicken or Potato soup
  • 1 pints - Sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Pepper
  • 1/2 cups - Oleo
  • 2 cups - Crushed corn flakes
  • 2 cups - Sharp cheddar chees
  • Directions:

    Mix first six ingredients together. Place in 13X9 in. buttered dish Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix oleo and corn flakes and spread over cheese.

    Bake 1 hour at 350.
