Ham Muffins Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - flour
  • 3/4 cups - yellow cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons - baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 cups - diced cooked ham
  • 1 cups - buttermilk
  • 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 sticks - oleo, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 teaspoons - chervil
  • Directions:

    Sift together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add cooked ham and toss.

    In another bowl combine buttermilk, eggs, oleo, and chervil. Stir into flour mixture until just combined.

    Spoon into greased and floured muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
