Ham and Egg Sandwiches Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

Greek yogurt dressing
  • 1/4 cups - Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons - fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoons - milk
  • - pepper, to taste
  • Sandwiches
  • 4 - 4-inch baguettes
  • 4 ounces - Havarti cheese
  • 4 ounces - shaved ham
  • 8 slices - sandwich pickles
  • 8 - hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • - dill
  • Directions:

    For dressing, in a small bowl combine Greek yogurt, fresh dill and milk; season to taste with pepper and spread over one side of each of the 4 split baguettes.

    Layer each baguette with one each of cheese, one ounce of ham, 2 slices of pickles, and the slices from 2 hard-cooked eggs, along with additional dill if desired.
