Ham and Artichoke Sauce for Pasta Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 packages - 9 oz. frozen artichokes, thawed
  • 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  • 6 ounces - ham, cut in slivers
  • 8 - cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cups - sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cups - sliced black olives
  • 1 packages - 9 oz. fettuccine, cooked
  • 3/4 cups - milk
  • 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups - Parmesan
  • Directions:

    Saute ham in olive oil; stir in artichokes, tomatoes, green onions and olives.

    Mix together milk, mayonnaise and Parmesan. Add to vegetable and ham mixture, stirring.

    Serve over hot fettuccine.
