Ingredients:

To Boil Noodles
  • - Water, As Required
  • - Salt, To Taste
  • 1 tablespoons - Oil
  • 200 grams - Noodles
  • To Make Hakka Noodles
  • 4 tablespoons - Oil
  • 4 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic
  • 1 cups - Spring Onion - White
  • 1 pieces - Onions, Julienne
  • 1 cups - Cabbage, Julienne
  • 1 cups - Carrot, Julienne
  • 1 cups - Green Capsicum, Julienne
  • 2 tablespoons - Sprouted Moong
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons - Soya Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons - Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper Powder
  • - Salt, To Taste
  • 2 tablespoons - Spring Onion - Greens
  • Directions:

    Boil Water and add salt, oil and noodles for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Now, sieve the noodles and add cold water.

    Hakka Noodles
    Heat some oil in a pan. Add Ginger, garlic and saute.
    Now add Spring Onion Whites and Onion and mix.
    Now add Cabbage, Carrot, and Green Capsicum, and sprouted moongs and mix.
    Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, black pepper powder and salt.
    Now add noodles and mix and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Now add spring onion greens and mix.
    Serve Hot.
