  • 1/2 cups - seeded, diced tomato
  • 1/4 cups - minced onion
  • 1/4 cups - finely chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 - avocados, diced
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • - flour tortillas, optional, for making baked chips
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients together except flour tortillas and chill.

    Serve with baked tortilla chips: Cut flour tortillas into 8 wedges each; bake in single layer at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
