Ingredients:

  • 6 - avacados
  • 6 - roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 - medium onion, diced
  • 6 - jalapenos, diced
  • 3 - serranos, diced
  • 1 bunches - cilantro, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoons - mexican oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoons - cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons - ground corriander
  • 1 teaspoons - chicken soup base
  • 1/8 cups - sour cream or milk
  • 1 - lime, juiced
  • - salt
  • Directions:

    Mix seasonings and chicken soup base into sour cream or milk until smooth. Mash avacados with lime juice. Combine all remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Add salt to taste.

    Notes

    Reserve avacado pits and place in guacamole and stir after it is made. Cover with saran wrap and store in refrigerator. Will last a few hours without turning brown.
