Grilled Corn with Chipotle Butter Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 sticks - butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoons - chipotle in adobo, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons - chipotle chile powder
  • 4 ears - corn on the cob, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons - extra virgin olive oil
  • - salt, to taste
  • Directions:

    In a small bowl, mix butter with chipotle in adobo and chipotle chile powder until thoroughly combined.

    In a large bowl, toss corn with olive oil and season with salt. Grill over a hot grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until caramelized.

    Remove corn from grill and brush with chipotle butter while still hot.
