Ingredients:

  • 3 cups - Rotisserie Chicken or baked chicken, 2-3 cups cubed
  • 2 cans - 4.5 oz cans Green Chilis, undrained
  • 1 cans - Black Beans
  • 1 cans - Diced Tomatos
  • 1 cups - Water
  • 1 cups - Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Oregano
  • 1 - Large Onion, chopped/diced
  • 2 cloves - Garlic, crushed
  • Toppings
  • - Shredded Cheese
  • - Sour Cream
  • - Avocado
  • Directions:

    Remove meat from chicken, chop large chunks and
    put all ingredients in crock pot – HIGH – 4-6 hours or LOW – 8-10 hours.

    **Or you may put every thing in a pot and simmer for several hours. I had some leftover blackened chicken I cut up and threw in, in place of rotisserie.
